Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Or our lovely staff misses out on income. The business losses income. Our appointment reminders are sent when scheduled and again at 72, 48 AND 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Our clients are sure to get enough reminders to not forget. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

– Same Day and Less Then 24hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.


Cancelation fees aren’t personal they protect my business. Please respect our time.

A consultation maybe required before scheduling PMU procedures. There is no charge for this consultation….However a Credit Card is needed to be reserved on file. If you are a no-show or we don’t receive a 24-hour window of cancellation we will charge 50% of your service ($50). The value of this appointment and is $100. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

Permanent Make-up 30 day touchup appointments that are included in your initial price the charge will be 50% ($90) of the value of service time is $18). This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

We will allow a client 3X not receiving a 24- hour notice. After that if the client wishes to continue to schedule with us their FEE will be FULL price of their services scheduled. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

Late

15 minutes late for a scheduled service is considered a no show. It is likely we will NOT be able to take you and you will be charged the mentioned above. Our schedules are booked back to back with not much give. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

 

Refunds & Refunds

SERVICES the majority of our services are paying for the technician’s time. No refunds are given on any services including irritations or allergic reactions.  There are no refunds or credits given on already received and paid for services or packages. All results vary.

NO guarantees have been made. Our time, supplies and materials have been spent on your service. You are serviced at your own risk.

RETAIL PRODUCTS there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on retail products that have been opened or on products that are not sealed. If we cannot resell the item we will not take back.
