We do not have a receptionist and are busy servicing clients. Book your appointments with Darien and Kayla, we encourage using our online scheduling feature. (Note: the system will not let you cancel an appointment if its within 24 hour window per our 24 hour policy)
On any discounted services we accept CASH only! This includes VIP DISCOUNTS (BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS AND MILITARY, our PUNCH CARDS for Brazilians and Facial Treatments and any service promotion. NO double discounts. If you choose to pay Credit Card or Check your service will be full price.
Infinique has exciting savings for Brazilians and Facial Treatments. Our punch cards are for our cash paying clients. Receive a Complimentary Brow Shape on your 3rd punch and 50% OFF your Brazilian or Facial Treatment on your 5th punch. Options: if desired you can receive a lip wax instead of a brow shape. You can move your Brow Shape over once after that you loose it. NO Double discounts with pouch cards. If you love our Brow Tinting service with the Brazilian you will receive $10 OFF on the Brow Tint on your 3rd punch.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable. This card should be treated like money. The value of this card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. This card is not Infinique’s responsibility to keep track of the initial purchase, initial purchase amount, who purchased the gift card or who the gift card was purchased for.
EYE SERVICES POLICY
We strongly recommend coming in for any lash service with NO contacts and NO mascara for best results.

Your children and ours. Please be advised that due to liability reasons, children under 12 who do not have a scheduled appointment must have childcare provided away from the salon.

Cancellations | Rescheduling | Late | No show | Policies
We value our relationship with you and respect your time. In return we ask that you value ours and the many clients we serve. With that in mind,
We require entering your requested appointment with a valid credit/debit card. This will be collected either before or at your 1st service appointment.
If you request to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to 24-hours before your appointment, it will result in zero charges.
A NO SHOW appointment or cancellation for any reason within the 24-hour window will result with a 50% cost of the scheduled appointment. We have turned away other clients for your reserved time. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Consultation is required before scheduling any permanent make-up procedure! MICROBLADING, EYELINER, LIP BLUSH, HAIRLINE, and AREOLA & NIPPLE. There is no charge for this consultation….
However a Credit card is needed to be reserved on file. If you are a no-show or we do not receive a 24-hour window of cancellation we will charge 50% of your service ($50). The value of this appointment and is $100. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Permanent Make-up 30 day touchup appointments that are included in your initial price the charge will be half of the value of service time ($165). This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
We will allow a client 2X with a no show and/or not receiving a 24- hour notice. After that if the client wishes to continue to schedule with us their FEE will be FULL price of their services scheduled. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

15 minutes late for a scheduled service is considered a no show. It is likely we will NOT be able to take you and you will be charged the fee. Our schedules are crazy busy and scheduled back to back with not much give. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

HAVE YOUR GROUPON PULLED UP AND READY TO GO BEFORE YOUR SERVICE STARTS. If you are a no show or we do not receive a 24 hour notice we will only honor the Groupon for the amount you paid and you will be responsible to pay us the the difference.
We will only honor a Groupon for NEW clients ONLY. We will only honor ONE per client. We will NOT honor “gifted” Groupons if client has already used one or is not a new client. We will not honor after you purchase the Groupon if within these terms. All refunds client must discuss with Groupon directly. (it is up to the client to know if they have been a client of Infinique) Infinique has had the Groupon campaign for longer than 8 years. It does not matter how long it has been since you’ve been here if your in our system you are NOT considered an new client. Groupon terms are also listed in BOLD in the “additional info” and in the “fine print” on the Groupon. *Groupon’s system may allow you to purchase more than once their system does not always keep track if you have bought one before, terms still apply*
Expired Groupon 90 days we will honor for the amount paid client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
Word from the owner “We are part of the Groupon deal to allow new clients to experience us. We don’t make a profit on these Groupons. We don’t like getting taken advantage of so we are firm on the Groupon policies.”

All clients are required to have a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling all permanent make-up procedure. All clients are required to put down a nonrefundable $100 down payment before scheduling. Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients are required to follow our firm 24-hour notice policy or they lose their $100 deposit.
The $100 down payment for Permanent Cosmetic scheduling is non-refundable. Clients must be committed to their reserved appointment once scheduled. Clients DO NOT receive a refund or any kind of credit of the down payment. This is mentioned in the consultation, on the waiver signed and on the website. This down payment is kept for the time reserved.
