General Microneedling contraindications

Active acne, open wounds, or cold sores in the treatment area
Eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis flare-ups
History of keloids or hypertrophic scarring
Recent sunburn or excessive sun exposure
Recent use of Accutane (within the past 6–12 months)
Recent Botox or dermal fillers (wait at least 2 weeks)
Uncontrolled diabetes
Autoimmune disorders affecting healing
Use of blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, warfarin)
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Active skin infections or inflammation
History of poor wound healing
