Protecting your results
Following your provider’s aftercare instructions can help ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
For the first 24 hours after treatment, we generally recommend avoiding:
• Rubbing or massaging treated areas
• Facials or facial massage treatments
• Microneedling, chemical peels, or laser treatments
• Strenuous exercise
• Excessive heat exposure such as saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and tanning beds
• Lying flat for 4 hours immediately following treatment
• Wearing tight headbands, hats, helmets, or anything that places pressure on treated areas
Following proper aftercare helps support the best possible outcome from your treatment.
