Aftercare
Following BB GlowRX, proper aftercare is essential to preserve pigment and results:
• Do NOT wash the face for at least 24 hours
• Pigment must remain on the skin — avoid water, sweating, steam, or heat exposure
• Avoid makeup for 24 hours
• Use only Epicutis gentle, non-active skincare as directed by your provider
• Avoid active skincare (retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, Vitamin C) for 7 days
• Avoid saunas, hot tubs, workouts, and sun exposure for 48 hours
• Apply medical-grade SPF daily after the first cleanse
• Avoid waxing, chemical peels, or laser treatments in the treated area for 2 weeks
Contraindications
BB GlowRX may not be suitable for clients who:
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have active acne, open lesions, or active skin infections
• Are experiencing an active rosacea flare
• Have melasma or unstable pigmentation conditions
• Have compromised skin barrier or recent aggressive treatments
• Are currently undergoing chemotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy
• Have a history of keloid scarring
• Have active herpes simplex lesions in the treatment area
