Consultations
We offer consultations for serious clients considering advanced services.
- Deposit: $100 (non-refundable) to reserve your appointment.
- Applied to your service if booked within 45 days.
- Forfeited if you choose not to proceed—this covers the time and expertise spent during your consultation.
- A valid credit card is required to book.
- Missed consultation or <24 hours’ notice: $100 charged will not applied to any future service.
Booking advanced or lengthy procedures
If you book a major service (Fibroblast, PMU, or other lengthy/advanced procedure) without a consultation first, a non-refundable $100 down payment will be charged to the card on file after we see your booking.
- Secures your appointment time.
- Applied toward your balance if you proceed as scheduled.
- Forfeited if you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or choose not to proceed.
- Please review treatment contraindications on our website before booking.
- No deposit = No guaranteed spot.
Deposits for PMU & fibroblast
- $100 down payment required to book.
- Applied toward your total if you keep your appointment.
- Non-refundable. Forfeit $100 for late cancellations, no-shows, or changes within 24 hours.
- Can also be charged 50-100% of service per our policy.
- Remaining balance due at your appointment.
- Please review treatment contraindications on our website before booking.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late & no-show
We value your time and ours—last-minute changes mean another client misses out.
- <24 hours’ notice: 50% of the reserved service is charged.
- Same-day cancellation: 50% fee.
- No-show: 100% fee.
- Late arrivals: 15+ minutes late is considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
We send reminders at booking, and at 72, 48, and 24 hours—so “I forgot” isn’t an excuse.
Booking appointments
We do not have a receptionist.
- Please use our online booking for all scheduling and changes.
- We do not accept appointment changes via Facebook, email, or voicemail.
- Text is available for questions.
- The system will not allow cancellations within 24 hours (per policy).
Payment policy
- We recommend cash or check to avoid card processing fees.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Discounts
- On discounted services, we accept cash only.
- If you choose to pay by credit/debit card or check, the service will be charged at full price.
Groupons
Please read carefully—these terms are firm.
- Have your Groupon pulled up and ready before your service starts.
- No-show or <24 hours’ notice: You forfeit your Groupon other paying clients have been turned away for you time scheduled.
- New clients only. One per client. We will not honor.
- We will not honor “gifted” Groupons if you have already redeemed one or are not a new client.If
- If you are in our system (regardless of how long it’s been), you are not considered new.
- Refunds must be handled directly with Groupon.
- Groupon’s system may allow multiple purchases, but our terms still apply.
- Terms are mentioned in the Groupon terms and should be read before purchase.
- It is up to the client to know if they have been to us before.
- Expired (90+ days): We honor the amount paid; you pay the remaining balance.

Returns & refunds
Services
- No refunds or credits once a service has been provided.
- Results vary; no guarantees are made.
- Payment covers technician time, products, and materials.
Retail Products
- No returns/exchanges on opened or unsealed items.
- If we can’t resell it, we can’t accept it back.
Packages
- No refunds after package purchase (medical exceptions handled individually).
- Sessions must be used within the recommended time frame for best results.
- Delayed rescheduling may affect outcomes or getting on our schedule; no refunds for scheduling issues.
- Missed appointments you lose out on that session
Medical attention
- Any required medical care after your service is at your own expense.
- Services are performed at your own risk.
Gift cards
- Not redeemable for cash or refundable.
- Treat like cash—lost/stolen cards are not replaceable.
- Applies to online and physical gift cards.
Infinique guidelines
- No Guests: For safety and space, no additional guests or children unless they have a scheduled appointment are allowed into your appointment.
- Children: Under 12 must have off-site childcare.
- Eye Services: Arrive without contacts, eye makeup or mascara for lash appointments.
Punch card program (cash clients)
For Brazilians:
- 3rd Punch: Complimentary brow shape (or lip wax if preferred).
- 5th Punch: 50% off a Brazilian.
- Brow shape may be moved once; if missed again, it’s forfeited.
- No double discounts with punch cards.
Mole, skin tags, lesion treatment
All treatments must be evaluated by a doctor or dermatologist prior to scheduling your removal. If your schedule without doing so you will be charged at your treatment regardless if removal has been performed.
Please understand:
- Results vary from client to client.
- Some procedures are not an exact science, and outcomes can differ based on individual skin types, conditions, and compliance with pre-directions and aftercare.
Under 18
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign this waiver. Infinique Skin reserves the right to verify this consent by phone, ID, or additional documentation. Services will not be performed without valid consent. Submitting false information may result in denied service, charges and legal liability. Must be 18 for PMU.
Cold sore | herpes simplex prevention | lip procedures
Required for Lip Filler, Ombre Lip Blush or Laser. If you have ever had a cold sore (oral herpes | HSV-1), you must take antiviral medication before and after any lip procedure to reduce the risk of a flare-up.
